The Best Ways To Change Negative Thinking Into Positive Thinking

We can change our mood when we change our focus.  How do we do that?

  1. The good in life is just as real as the pain that we experience.  Both are there.  Focus on the good in your life.
  2. Focus on the here and now.  Avoid dwelling on the future possible problems.

  3. Share our thoughts with others, ask for support, ask for someone to hear your feelings.
  4. Do some compassion meditation, with a focus on compassion for yourself.
  5. Allow your self to feel sad, but treat yourself as you would your best friend.  Send yourself a card, have a friendly chat with a friend, pat yourself on your back for the good things that you have accomplished.
